Our Mandy passed away peacefully October 31st, 2016 at home and in my arms. Old, thrown away, unwanted, and suffering from arthritis and Degenerative Myopathy, she was facing certain death in a shelter alone.
We took her out of there, got her all the vetting she needed, including the daily pain meds she needed to feel good again. My God she filled my life with love for the 9 moths I had her. What a blessing she was. Though gut wrenching to lose her to old age and disease so soon, the life she had in the end filled my home with a beautiful soul, love and she was given everything a love like that deserved.
Please consider rescue. Mandy is only one amoung millions who need us to keep rescuing.
